Following the latest government lockdown measures in Charnwood we have again had to change our showroom hours. Our Leicestershire showroom is now currently closed to the public until further notice. However our office is still open and ready to take calls on 0116 319 2140. Existing orders are still being processed to help with the flow of our orders. Following the latest government guidelines we are now once again open to the public with our usual opening times. For special showroom requirements please feel free to call the showroom on 01163192140. Free parking, accessible entry and new covid measures are now in place to help keep our customer safe.

With the governments new lockdown measures for the month of November 2020 we have again had to change our showroom hours. With the extended 2 week local lockdown in Leicestershire, we will be increasing our measures to ensure all safety standards are being met for our customers. Fortunately being located outside of the Leicester lockdown area has allowed us to operate under national rules. We are however going to step up our use of 'appointment-based' visitors to our showroom and enforce a more strict social distancing policy. With the latest developments on the Covid-19 restrictions, we at Premier Cane Furniture have decided to continue with our appointment-based system for any customers who wish to have a fixed time slot. We are also now opening our showroom to the public when we have no scheduled appointments booked in. With the latest developments on the Covid-19 restriction being loosened, we have decided to continue our appointment-based system for any customers who wish to visit our showroom. We believe at this current stage it is in our customers best interests to book an appointment to help reduce contact as much as possible. Our entire showroom has been strictly disinfected and hand sanitisers are available at the entrance. An update will follow this post as/when we decide to remove the appointment system.

After the latest government action we will be closing our Leicestershire showroom for the next 3 weeks due to the UK quarantine. We will remain contactable during this period and all online orders will be processed as normal. We will be working digitally with our suppliers to ensure a swift return after the quarantine period, if you have any questions please feel free to give us a call on 01163292140 or email premiercane@yahoo.co.uk all upcoming deliveries will be rescheduled and we will be in touch with all of our customers in the coming weeks to provide personal updates on their orders. New orders will be processed as usual.

Due to the latest developments and using the guidelines set out by the Government we have decided to change our showroom policy to an appointment-based system. This system is to safeguard our customers and to prioritise social distancing. With new updates coming out every day we are expecting to close the showroom in the coming days. Starting with Sunday 22nd March. appointments available on a daily bases, give us a call to reserve a slot on 01163192140.

With the new recommendations released by the government last night, we have continued to operate as normal whilst we decide on what to do going forward. Online queries, phone lines and emails will be open for customers to contact us and this will be the case even during a full-scale lockdown.
Having a naturally low footfall in our Leicestershire showroom makes us a low risk area, however, we are looking at changing our showroom visits to appointments only to ensure we can allow for social distancing which is a key recommendation from the latest government announcement.
