Our furniture is environmentally friendly: Our fast-growing super plant grows in Indonesia and takes between 3-5 years to grow, hardwoods in contrast can take more than 20 years to mature. This rapid growth is what makes our cane so sustainable as growth can match demand whilst slower-growing hardwoods can not.
Made in the UK: All of our cushions are made in the UK and are Dacron wrapped ™ for longevity.
Furniture built to last: Cane furniture is designed for the extreme temperatures found in conservatories due to the environment the material is grown in. That's why all of our frames come with a 3 year warranty.
We plant a tree for every order, working with the fantastic people at 'Just One TREE' who ensure each and every donation will be used to plant a carbon-storing tree in a specially targeted area on the planet. More trees for the planet mean less CO2 helping towards a carbon free future.

Our delivery service: Orders are checked, polished & hand-delivered by our team to ensure your furniture gets to you as good as when it left our quality assurance team.
Natural cane and rattan furniture are made out of a super plant grown in the far east, often viewed as an invasive plant that grows in thick jungle, preferabley climbing larger trees. As one of the world's strongest and fastest-growing plants, it’s no surprise why it is the preferred choice of furniture for a conservatory or orangery. Grown in intense jungle heat, the porous structure is designed for extreme weather and the durability to grow through dense jungle; the perfect material for long lasting furniture frames.
We are proud to announce we have signed a long term partnership with 'JUST ONE Tree', pledging to donate the cost of planting a tree for every sale, and that's across all ranges and all order sizes. That means more trees and less Co2, sounds good to us! The amount of trees will be updated every quarter and all donations are automatically taken upon order confirmation. Our pledge is just another step we are taking to give back to the planet and we are excited to see our partnership grow for the considerable future.

COVID-19 LEAD TIMES vary from each supplier and are currently as follows: Premier Cane 8-10 weeks, Daro 12-16 weeks, The Cane Industries 12-20 Weeks, Laura Ashley 12-16 weeks & Desser 12-16 weeks - This is all dependent on the stock situation and delivery postcodes. In the event of a stock delay we will always contact the customer to advise a longer than normal lead time. Once a delivery slot is available we will contact you with a planned schedule (usually the week before the scheduled delivery slot), if you are unable to accept our schedule then do not worry, we can hold furniture free of charge and reschedule to a more convenient time.
Scotland: We are unable to deliver to Scotland for furniture orders under £1'000 other than postal items which will state small item delivery charge £9.95. Please call the showroom for more information. Delivery schedule can take up to 8 weeks plus for Scotland Orders.
England & Wales: Free delivery on all orders £500 or more, orders under £500 will incur a £25 delivery or £9.95 for small items, unless stated in the product description.

Once your order has come in and has been checked over, we will contact you in regards to booking a delivery slot (usually the week prior to delivery).
We offer all our deliveries on a white glove basis as standard with no extra charge however poor access, unprepared rooms and rooms above ground level will only be delivered to the point of no access. Please mention any tricky delivery problems you may anticipate in advance so we are prepared with a suitable solution.
Under particular circumstances we may opt to use an external 2 man delivery service or courier service, we have a network of delivery partners that may be used after consulting with you about your options.
Each supplier has there own warranties that follow different rules and regulations. More details can be found on the official websites for the supplier you wish to purchase.

All online furniture orders require full payment, confirmation and receipt are automatically send upon completion. Our payment options are displayed on the checkout.
Over the phone / Showroom
Over the phone we can take a 20% deposit with the remaining balance paid on delivery. The deposit and remaining balance can be paid with most credit/debit cards, cash or cheques. To place a deposit on an order call one our our team members on 0116 319 2140.
Premier Cane Furniture takes customer data protection very seriously, we will never sell or release your details to third parties and all of our data is securely stored using the latest SSL encryption technology. We never store any payment details and any paper threads are shredded upon order completion.
Bespoke Customer orders are designed by the customer and are chosen by the customer, on this basis we are unable to accept returns on bespoke conservatory furniture orders unless damaged. Damages must be reported within 24 hours of delivery. Deposits on bespoke furniture orders are non refundable.
We are unable to take responsibility of customers dimensions. If your furniture does not fit the intended room & our dimensions are accurately advertised we will not be responsible.
For furniture items that are not bespoke (off the shelf & Sale Items) It is
your responsibility to return the items to our showroom in a good saleable
condition. However we recognise that many customers do not have the means to do
this, and so will arrange collection during normal business hours (Monday to
Friday) if requested. In such circumstances a charge of up to 20% of the price
of the furniture will be made to cover the cost of collecting the items. This
charge will be calculated according to the number of items to be returned,
availability of a delivery vehicle, your location and complexity of removal.
Faulty items will be managed and completed by the team at Premier Cane Furniture. We aim to rectify faults within 16 weeks.
Fabric Purchased by the metre & Replacement Cushions are non refundable - Fabric is cut to the customer's specification therefore once ordered cannot be returned. Please ask for fabric samples prior to ordering to avoid disappointment. Bespoke Replacement Cushions & Covers orders are a personal customers choice and therefore non refundable. Please call the showroom for further advice and information

Taking care of your indoor conservatory furniture will help keep your product looking there best for longer here are some quick tips on furniture maintenance.
- Keep on top of dust collection in rattan weave by using a micro fibre cloth or duster.
- Wipe down arms with soap and water and finish with a wood polish and a cloth.
- Turn cushions over every so often for an even fade (especially beneficial for those with intense sunlight).
Cushion Care: Caring for your cushions requires a little research. All of our cushions are removeable and most are dry clean only. Only a select few are machine washable, and if washed allow for a 3% size reduction.
Note: Cushions can be a tedious task when squeezing the foams out of the material, easiest way is to utilise your legs by folding the cushion, beware to not use too much force as zips may bust.

Caring for outdoor furniture is a very simple process. Utilising soap and water, and for more stubborn dirt a jet wash on low power will also do the trick. Cushions should be stored away for longevity, foams will last much longer if an effort is taken to store the cushion away when not in use. Covers are also recommended if you want your furniture to look as good as new for longer.
