Refund policy

If you are not happy with your purchase you may return it to us and we will refund you the amount paid. Please be aware restocking fees may apply. This refund policy does not include furniture that is made to order, please refer to our returns policy on bespoke furniture orders. This does not affect your statutory rights.

Returns must be notified to us within 30 days of the delivery date and items must be unused, free from defects and be in a resalable condition as new. Return costs are covered by the customer.

Once we have received any returned items and checked them we will refund your money, less any shipping costs.

We will need your order number, itemised details of the furniture you are returning, the price you paid including discounts and the initial order date.

You may deliver the goods back to our showroom or alternatively, we can arrange collection at a minimum cost of £45 which we will deduct from the refund.

Please note this returns policy does not apply to bespoke furniture items that have been specifically tailored to your requirements or special order items such as bespoke cushions.
Bespoke Customer orders are designed by the customer and are chosen by the customer, on this basis we are unable to accept returns on bespoke conservatory furniture orders.

For furniture items that are not bespoke (off the shelf & Sale Items) It is your responsibility to return the items to our showroom in a resalable condition. However we recognise that many customers do not have the means to do this, and so will arrange collection during normal business hours (Monday to Friday) if requested. In such circumstances a charge of up to 20% of the price of the furniture will be made to cover the cost of collecting the items. This charge will be calculated according to the number of items to be returned, availability of a delivery vehicle, your location and complexity of removal.

Faulty items will be managed and completed by the team at Premier Cane Furniture. We aim to rectify faults within 6 weeks or sooner.

Please be aware upon ordering that it is the customer's responsibility to measure the room out accurately following the dimensions given on all of our conservatory furniture products. Allow for window ledges, the rake of the furniture and doorways to enable an accurate fit. Please allow sufficient access to deliver your furniture and make us aware of any difficult access areas in your home. (for example 2nd floor apartment)
