We ordered our sofa 3 weeks ago, and it was delivered yesterday. The website is informative and easy to understand and the ordering process is straight forward. 
The delivery was made with care, the item being unpacked and the packaging taken away. We are pleased with our choice of sofa and fabric, it fits perfectly and is comfortable.
