Our Delivery Promise
Lead times vary from 1 week to 4 Weeks depending on stock situation and delivery postcodes. The lead times on bespoke furniture orders are 4 weeks unless otherwise stated. In the event of a stock delay we will always contact the customer to advise a longer than normal leadtime. Once a delivery slot is available we will contact you a week in advance, if you are unable to accept our schedule then do not worry, we can hold furniture free of charge and reschedule to a more convenient time.
We usually deliver showroom orders in house with our own transport. Sometimes due to location we may send it on a pallet or a third party delivery company Delivery lead times will be advised at the time of ordering. Placing an order through our showroom only requires a 10% deposit with the remaining balance to be paid upon delivery. We endeavor to work alongside customers where possible with a suitable delivery schedule.
We offer all our deliveries on a white glove basis as standard with no extra charge however poor access, unprepared rooms and rooms above ground level will only be delivered to the point of no access. Please mention any tricky delivery problems you may anticipate in advance so we are prepared with a suitable solution.
Deliveries are booked in via telephone, text or email on an agreed date. Delivery is made to any ground floor room in your home, or your garden, UK mainland only.
