We ordered the Madrid 2 seater, swivel chair in the arkansas fabric plus matching coffee table. From the first contact until delivery Mark and Ellie were informative, respectful and honest. Our delivery arrived at the time they said. All pieces were unwrapped and placed in position in our room. All packaging was removed. We love our suite and would not hesitate to use this family run company again for the products and the service they have provided. Highly recommended
