Returns Policy

Bespoke Customer orders are designed by the customer and are chosen by the customer, on this basis we are unable to accept returns on bespoke conservatory furniture orders. This does not affect your statutory rights. 

For furniture items that are not bespoke (off the shelf & Sale Items) It is your responsibility to return the items to our showroom in an unused saleable condition. However we recognise that many customers do not have the means to do this, and so will arrange collection during normal business hours (Monday to Friday) if requested. In such circumstances a charge of up to 20% of the price of the furniture will be made to cover the cost of collecting the items. This charge will be calculated according to the number of items to be returned, availability of a delivery vehicle, your location and complexity of removal.

Faulty items will be managed and completed by the team at Premier Cane Furniture. We aim to rectify faults within 16 weeks.

Fabric Purchased by the metre & Replacement Cushions are non refundable - Fabric is cut to the customer's specification therefore once ordered cannot be returned. Please ask for fabric samples prior to ordering to avoid disappointment. Bespoke Replacement Cushions & Covers orders are a personal customers choice and therefore non refundable.
